“ I have been dealing with Kross Mitsubishi long before they changed their name from Southside as I had been driving a 2004 Outlander for around 18 years. Some of the parts and service people knew me quite well, did some of my own work but not all of it. Occasionally I would try to arrange a test drive or chat with some of the sales people if they were not busy while waiting for my Outlander to be ready. Well in December the Outlander was totaled and I had been hunting for a vehicle to replace it. Hunting through listings, test drove a few vehicles that had my interest but were not quite right. Or was reminded of why I dislike how some dealerships train their sales people. I hadn't book marked anything as Kross at the time but I still swung by and ended up chatting briefly with Mike, Aaron and Diego which have been usually the ones I talk to during the service visits. Told them about how I was smashed into even showed them the dashcam video and pictures of the totaled Outlander. As nice as a new PHEV would have been to go home with (test drove one in the past and I liked it) it just was not going to be in my current budget. So I told them what I was after and they had a recent trade that would have been perfect. Booked an appointment to come back with my wife to test drive one of the used Outlander they recently received that met perfectly what I was after. Aaron even had brought it around while I continued to talk to Mike and Diego. Well I didn't put a deposit on it and it sold before I could come back with my wife but 2 other vehicles popped up in their inventory that met what I was looking for. Arranged an appointment with Mike to look at them. One was being detailed but got to sneak into the shop to look it over and wife wasn't quite happy so we stepped outside to look at the other. We were getting a little close to closing time but he still let me take it for a quick loop. Well ended up signing for the vehicle that night. Mike stayed past closing to get the paperwork arranged and we had everything settled that evening. Agreed on some stuff to be done before picking it up, some mechanical stuff that was part of their inspection and some body work to attempt to pull a dent, fix a few scratches, paint chips etc. Well when I went to pick it up, the car was immaculate. Had I not seen the before and after I would have never known. There was even things I had noticed in the test drive that I didn't bother to bring up, just small things that would have taken me just a couple minutes to address. All of it even the stuff I didn't mention was already done. The car is 8 years old but they did such good work that it looks and feels like a car that was new at most a demo vehicle. Even leaving the dealership the night of picking it up, I mentioned to my wife that was going to quickly stop and grab a snow brush. I had given away the one that was in the Outlander to a relative when they visited at Christmas, the Outlander was totaled didn't exactly need it any time soon. Mike heard what I said and handed me one from his personal collection. The whole experience reminded me why I enjoyed talking to them during service visits when they were not busy. Not once during our conversations do I feel like they ignored a single work I said. Not once did I feel like I was being pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. Its so refreshing when talking to sales staff to not have stuff shoved at you. Almost every other place I had gone to when looking at some of the other vehicles "What has to happen to make you sign today" was said at almost every other place. Not once did Mike or anyone else didn't once utter a phase even close to that. Honestly my wife was so impressed by the whole experience of buying a vehicle through Mike, the night we picked up the car she said "when we go to replace the truck we should just go straight there and see what they can find for us" and I tend to agree. Won't happen right away but when it is time that is very likely what will happen. ”

“ I was unsure if the brake parts I bought would be under warranty since I installed them myself and it was almost 10 months since I got them. One of the brake discs was slightly out of spec (not the dealership's fault). Graham was super kind and helpful on the phone, and right away told me it should be covered no questions asked, but that I might have to pay for labour. The service department said they could probably knock some off the labour cost, but after it was done they told me it was no charge at all, plus they topped up my washer fluid, and checked my tire pressures. Legitimately one of the single best experiences I've ever had with a dealership. ”
